I must say that I have been using the onions in many ways:

Tengo que decir que he ido utilizando las cebollas en muchas formas: 

 One is the tasty onion and cheese sandwich.

Uno de ellos es el delicioso sándwich de queso y cebolla.

I did another with onions and spinach on pizzas.

Hice otro con cebolla y espinacas en pizzas.

I enjoy making my large bottle of tomato sauce mixed with other ingredients but onions is one of the main ingredients.

Me gusta hacer mi frasco grande de salsa de tomate mezclado con otros ingredientes pero cebollas es uno de los principales ingredientes.

I use onions in delicious numerous stews, breakfast , enchilladas, garnaches, salad the list is endless. My hubby enjoys onions even if they are spicy or hot so is enjoying the sweet onions. I can actually cut it and not shed a tear. Enjoyable!

Yo uso cebollas en deliciosos guisos numerosos, desayuno, enchilladas, garnaches,  la lista es interminable. Mi maridito goza de cebollas aun cuando estén calientes, pero goza de la cebolla dulce. Puedo realmente cortarlo y no derramar una lágrima. Agradable!

Made Onion Soup, an onion sauce with pepper, make quesadillas with onions.

Ha hecho sopa de cebolla, una salsa de cebolla con pimienta, haci quesadillas con las cebollas. 

We eat most dishes with onion and they were exquisite and delicious.

La mayoría de los platos se comen con cebolla y fueron exquisitos y deliciosos. 

The t-shirt and cap will be well worn and will post pictures of grandpa wearing his t-shirt and hat.

La camiseta y la gorra bien se llevarán y publicarán fotos del abuelo que lleva su camiseta y sombrero.

We normally do not put onions in our potato salad as everyone complains about it but this time around I decided to give it a try and it worked as I did not hear any complaints, Wholla!!

Normalmente no ponemos cebolla en nuestra ensalada de patata como todo el mundo se queja de él pero esta vez lo hice, he decidido darle una oportunidad y trabajó  no escucho quejas, Wholla!!

At this time of the year we are usually planning our next vacation to visit our Mexican family. I can almost smell the delicious grilled quesadillas filled with chewy melted cheese and smokey honey ham.

En este tiempo del año planeamos por lo general nuestras próximas vacaciones para visitar a nuestra familia mexicana. Yo casi puedo oler las deliciosas quesadillas a la parrilla llenadas de masticable queso fundido y jamón ahumado de miel.

I have seen this particular cheese commercial with the cow for ~>Real California Milk or Real California Cheese and was curious. So I went searching for it. Wow,it was a chore, I could not find this brand. Well, returned home and did my research about Real California Milk or Real California Cheese. Amazing what I found out about this seal. I learnt that there is a list of cheese processors who are authorized to use the seal. It is important to add that all cheesemakers undergoes a special inspection by an advisory board on a regular  basis as new cheese are being made.

He visto comerciales con el queso de vaca ~ >Real California leche o queso y era curioso. Así que me fui de una búsqueda. Wow, era una tarea, no he podido encontrar esta marca. Bueno, regresó a su casa e hice mi investigación sobre California leche o queso. Increíble lo que me enteré sobre este sello. Aprendí que hay una lista de procesadores de queso que están autorizados a usar el sello. Es importante agregar que todos queseros se somete a una inspección especial por la junta consultiva de forma regular como nuevo queso se están llevando a cabo.

I also found out that many of these brands are being sold at our local store and major supermarket. It is interesting that Real California  Milk or Real California Cheese is natural and being made exclusively by California milk. Many California dairy products are sold nationally. 99% of California dairies are family-owned.

También me di cuenta de que muchas de estas marcas se venden en nuestro almacén local o supermercado. Es interesante que la verdadera Leche de California o queso es natural y que se compone exclusivamente de leche de California. Muchos productos lácteos de California se venden a nivel nacional. 99% de las lecherías de California son de propiedad familiar.

One name to mention that I know of is Cacique. This brand is well known and is delicious in any size or shape. I must say, I was surprised by the types of cheese there are and have been looking for some of these types of cheese. Very educating as my research is rather helpful and will help me to make  a variety of my favorite Mexican dishes. There are many super-delicious recipes that I have made using cheese with this seal for the evening in spring and quick to make in the summer.

Un nombre que hay que mencionar que yo sepa es Cacique. Esta marca es bien conocida y es delicioso en cualquier tamaño o forma. Tengo que decir que me ha sorprendido por los tipos de queso que son y  ha estado buscando algunos de estos tipos del queso. Mi investigación es algo útil y me ayudará a hacer una variedad de mis platillos favoritos. Hay muchas recetas super-delicious que he hecho usando el queso con este sello para la tarde en primavera y rápido para hacer en el verano.

One of my favorite dish that I am making is the grilled quesadillas. I can remember this as a breakfast dish in Mexico. At home, I make this dish for lunch or dinner. Have not made this tasty grilled quesadillas in a while with all the trimmings.

Uno de mi plato favorito que hago es quesadillas asado a la parrilla. Puedo recordar esto como un plato del desayuno en México. En casa, hago este plato para almuerzo o comida. No se han hecho este sabroso quesadillas a la parrilla en un rato con todas las adornos.


I made some delicious ham quesadillas and some scrumptious vegetarian (mushrooms n onions) quesadillas.

Hice algunos quesadillas deliciosas de jamón  y algunos quesadillas vegetarianas para chuparse los dedos con (cebollas n de setas).

Quesadillas

Ingredients

5- 6 flour tortillas (wheat or white flour)
1/2 lb Manchego
1/2 lb mozzarella
1/2 lb old fashion ham or turkey ham (your choice)
1 lettuce shredded
1 tomato sliced
1 crema mexicana
1 onion sliced or diced

Method

Warm tortilla on medium heat. Place cheese and turkey ham on tortilla and leave for the heat to warm and melt the cheese. Place on a plate and put shredded lettuce, tomato and finally decorate with a bit of crema mexicana. Serve warm.

Quesadillas Vegetariano

Ingredientes

5- 6 tortillas de harina (trigo o harina blanca) 
1 paquete de Manchego 
1 paquete de mozzarella
1 paquete de Seta (a elegir) 
1 Cebolla en rebanadas 
1 Lechuga picada 
1 Tomate en rodajas 
1 Crema mexicana 

Methodo

Caliente tortilla a medio fuego. Coloque queso, hongos y cebolla en la tortilla y deja que el calor calenta y derrete el queso. Pon en un plato y ensima echa lechuga rallada, tomate y por último decorar con un poco de crema mexicana. Serva tibio.
