School is out and breakfast is the most important of all. Most of the time it is the meal that the children are so particular about, as mom, we have to be just as particular about the nutritious they need to eat.

Se terminan las clases y el desayuno es la comida más importante de todos. Mayoría de las veces es la comida que los niños son tan particulares, como mamá, tenemos que ser apenas tan particular sobre el nutritivo que necesitan para comer.

We have been trying to prepare some quick and easy breakfast since last weekend and trying to make the tasty, looks good and perhaps even ask for more. Do you have an issue with breakfast in the morning?

Estamos tratando de preparar algúnos desayuno rápido y fácil desde de la semana pasado y tratando de hacerlo sabroso, que parece bien y quizás hasta pida más. ¿Tiene un problema con el desayuno en la mañana? 

There are days that breakfast becomes brunch because the sleeping beauties awakes late, but these are selected days. Here is one of our favorites.

Hay días que el desayuno se hace el desayuno-almuerzo porque las bellas durmientes despiertan tarde, pero éstos son días seleccionados. Aquí está uno de nuestros favoritos.

Fried eggs with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions, refried beans, shredded cheese, toasted baguette and a tasty pepper sauce. Reminds me of the days my mom would make us a nice breakfast with a nice slice of ham. 

Huevos fritos con tomate, cetas y cebolla, frijoles refritos, queso, baguette tostada y una salsa sabrosa. Me recuerda los días que mi mamá nos haría un buen desayuno con una buena tajada de jamón.

Fried eggs can be made with whatever the child likes or does not like. It can be mixed into the egg which will be hidden and they may like it. Do not put chunks of what they do not like, just tiny pieces. 

Huevos fritos pueden hacerse con lo que el niño le gusta o no le gusta. Se puede mezclar en el huevo que se ocultará y puede gustarle. No coloque trozos de lo que no les gusta, sólo pequeñas piezas.

There are many ways to do your fried eggs. We would do eggs with a mushrooms, eggs with bits of ham, eggs with bits of bacon, eggs with sweet pepper, eggs with potatoes, eggs with mushrooms or eggs with all mixed together. It really depends on how the mom feels that day. 

Haríamos huevos con setas, huevos con trozos del jamón, huevos con trozos del tocino, huevos con la pimienta dulce, huevos con patatas, huevos con cetas, o huevos con todos mezclados juntos. Realmente depende de cómo la mamá siente ese día.
