Hope you all had a great weekend as we did.

Hola, hola,

Esperamos que se hayan tenido un gran fin de semana como lo hicimos nosotros.

Here is our breakfast for the weekend. This was a big breakfast or should I say brunch. This was done after our visit to mass, so was at 11 a.m.

Aquí está nuestro desayuno para el fin de semana. Esto era un desayuno grande o si digo el desayuno-almuerzo. Esto se hizo después de nuestra visita a la misa, así que fue a eso de las 11 de la mañana.

As you can see, we had scrambled eggs nicely done. We also had a nicely toast bread with peanut butter and jelly. It was really delicious. Additionally, we had our orange juice to complete the quick and easy breakfast.

Como puedes ver, tuvimos huevos revueltos bien hechos. También tuvimos una agradable tostada de pan con mantequilla de maní y jalea. Fue realmente delicioso. Además, tuvimos nuestro jugo de naranja para completar el desayuno rápido y fácil.

These ideas are not mine, I am an assistant in the kitchen but my little one makes the menu. So really, what do you think?

Estas ideas no son mías, yo soy ayudante en la cocina pero mi pequeñita hace el menú. Así que, ¿qué opinas?

I enjoyed this breakfast or brunch and I am happy it falls into our topic for this week which includes peanuts. Interesting!

Disfruté de este desayuno o desayuno-almuerzo y soy feliz que cae a nuestro tema para esta semana que incluye cacahuetes o mani. ¡Interesante!

Hola todos, 

Over the weekend, my little ones did their own quick and easy breakfast. I was surprised but I see that they do know how to eat nutritious breakfast.

Durante el fin de semana, mi pequeño hizo su propio desayuno rápido y fácil. Me sorprendí pero veo que realmente saben cómo hacer el desayuno nutritivo.

On Friday, we received a cup of chocolate milk and/or coffee with two slices of toast. My daughter sometimes says, she remembers her family in Belize and Mexico cause they like eating chocolate with toast bread which she loves as well. I guess she was thinking vacation and this tells me she is hoping to visit her cousins.

El viernes, recibimos una taza de leche con chocolate y/o café con dos rebanadas de pan tostado. Mi hija dice que a veces, se acuerda de su familia en Belice y México a quienes gusta comer chocolate con tostadas y a ella le gusta tambien. Me imagino que ella estaba pensando en su vacaciones y este es la manera de dicerme que ella está esperando para visitar a sus primos.

She relives some moments about her last vacation with her cousins as she dips the bread in the chocolate milk. This really tells a story that she likes what she eats where she goes for vacation and likes sharing those lovely memories. That makes me happy that she enjoys time away from home. What do you think?

Ella revive algunos momentos sobre sus últimas vacaciones con sus primos cuando baña el pan en la leche de chocolate.  Esto realmente nos cuenta una historia que le gusta lo que ella come donde va de vacaciones y le gusta compartir los buenos recuerdos. Eso me hace feliz que ella goza de tiempo fuera de casa. ¿Qué te parece?
