At this time of the year, everyone is busy with their shopping or preparing for the family gathering. Through this busy time, I try to find the time to reflect and think about what can be done to make others as happy and to be there for others throughout this time of the year to make it easier. In seeing others happy it makes me happy to see those beautiful smile on their faces.

Reflecting calls for some alone time where you can relax and meditate to refocus and set your priorities. It is beautiful to see many people chose their time and de-stress. It does wonders to the mind. Many would use some sort of soothing music, others used their breathing or heartbeat and enjoy the calmness with the scent of a candle as well. I was very happy to receive a 100% Soy Wax Pledge Candle  which is used as a means to concentrate on a particular state of mind while meditating. Sometimes at home I light up the candle and uses it for relaxation. It smells so clean and refreshing but others opinion may differ.

Hace maravillas a la mente. Muchos utilizan algún tipo de música relajante, otros utilizan su respiración o el latido del corazón y disfrutan de la tranquilidad con el olor de una vela también. Estaba muy feliz de recibir una vela hecho 100% soja que se utiliza como un medio para concentrarse en un particular estado de ánimo mientras meditaba.  There are many reasons meditation is done.
