Hasn't the weather been just lovely? I am enjoying it, just right for me, at least. Hope you are enjoying as well. Well, I was invited last week to a Fantastic event, yes the marvelous #Win8Holiday  Windows Event at Best Buy. The  day was lovely and I was accompanied by a lovely lady. The ride was great as we chit chat about the Windows technological event we were attending.

We learned so much but I like that you can have your recipe in the kitchen and see it on #Dell XPS018 like a giant tablet! As chef of my family, I sure would enjoy it immensely. But wait, you can also do experiment and have your  Lenovo Yoga 11 open or flipped it 360 degrees perhaps if you are an architect or artist to get that perfect line or edge, the Microsoft Surface 2 is nice to have for us to use as we go on road trips or travels.

Well, I have good news for those mommy out there. I received a perfect and cute hat to keep your little baby warm in the chilly, winter weather. It is created to help protect your toddler's ears, nose and throat, those  most important parts to keep them nice and warm from the chilly weather. No you do not add anything in her ear, it shields your infant or toddler's delicate ears from loud sounds. It does help them sleep better instead of waking up to any sudden noise in the car.

I have been trying to think of making everyone feel special at this time of the year! To  my diabetic readers, I found something that may be of comfort to you. We are surrounded by family and friends that are diabetic and I remembered a friend asking me about food and certain types of clothing.

¡He estado tratando de pensar hacer a cada uno sentirse especial en este tiempo del año! A mis lectores diabéticos, encontré algo que puede ser de la comodidad para usted. Somos rodeados por familia y amigos que son diabéticos y y me acordé de un amigo me pregunta acerca de los alimentos y ciertos tipos de ropa.

I must say I have is a delightful opportunity to share with you, am sorry it is not food. One of my friend was telling me that some of the socks he/she wears are a bit too tight on his leg and is not allowing his blood to flow freely and makes his toes cold. I know sometimes this happens to all of us but we are on our feet all day. I feel it is a relief to put on a nice fluffy sock on my feet that is not tight when I get home. I was a bit concern and went searching for some other socks that was not so tight but it was not easy to find.

Debo decir que tengo una agradable oportunidad de compartir con ustedes, lo siento no es comida. Mi amigo me comentaba que algunos de los calcetines que él/ella usa son un poco demasiado apretado en la pierna y no permite que la sangre fluya libremente y hace que los dedos de los pies fríos. Yo sé a veces esto sucede a todos, pero nos sentimos en nuestros pies todo el día. Pero tengo la sensación de que es un alivio para poner un calcetín esponjosos en mis pies, que no es difícil cuando llego a casa. Well, my friend  tried one to see how this feels , what the material feels like. "It was nice and soft as cotton and does not irritate my feet." But then, what he/she feels is not necessary what you may feel. I see smiles most days so I believe it does help and makes him/her comfortable. Yippee!

It's been hectic, changing my hard-drives and getting some other stuff updated. There is so much to do and not enough hours in the day, lol. I guess we were given only 24 hours so we have a limit, right? Have a good day, whatever you do! Keep on smiling, it makes a big difference.

Some weeks ago I received some cookies to review and was impressed at the texture and the quality of the cookies. It was very delicious or should I say finger-linking. It tasted like those that my grandmother made. Well, we went to a gallery event and we took a pack of the cookies. Wow, it was a hit and we certainly shared with other who could not resist and wanted to know if I made them. I must say they are moist yet not chewy perfectly toasted, that is  my opinion and I am not sure I am describing the texture well, the flavor is just fantastic. I enjoyed the White chocolate chip with Macadamia nuts. My hubby and my daughter allowed one for me to taste of the Milk and Dark (Combo) Chocolate Chip Cookies. They are chocoholics. They tasted it and it was like a treat for them. They were like it is yum, yum GOOD!

Debo decir que aún son húmedos no masticable, perfectamente tostado, es mi opinión y no estoy seguro como describo la textura bien, el sabor es fantástico. Disfruté de la viruta de chocolate Blanca con nueces de Macadamia. Mi maridito y mis hijos permitieron una para mí al gusto de la Leche y Oscuro  Galletas con chispas de chocolate. Son chocoholics. Lo probaron y pareció a un convite para ellos. ¡Parecieron a ello es yum, yum BIEN!
