How are you doing this summer. Have you been enjoying the outdoors and entertaining the children? We are having an awesome summer as the children are going to the beach and pool most days. It is fabulous as it keeps them active and on the go and as nightfall they cool down and are ready for a movie and then bedtime. We need to keep them hydrated by making some fresh juice, well nourished and well moisturized with sun block. We were fortunate to go shopping at BJ's and check out all the Outdoor Entertaining products they have this summer. The list is endless when we see all the numerous outdoor entertaining items at BJ's. The kids and I enjoyed going in and picking their items for our wishlist.

Estamos teniendo un verano increíble como los niños van a la playa y la piscina la mayoría de los días. We have been dreaming about have a nice backyard party and inviting the girls over. Well, we finally had the opportunity and BJ's made that dream come through to have one of the Outdoor Entertainment items that made a hit this summer. We were always hydrated throughout the day with our container of fruit juice. Everyone enjoyed themselves and commented about the nice container and its contents on such a hot summer day.

There are so many items to see and use for your outdoor entertainment. There are various solar light sets to choose from to light up the party making the night colorful and beautiful.

There are many more items for the kids to have fun with on a warm summer day in the backyard. It is so wonderful to see the whole family or neighborhood having fun before the summer rains comes in. Making memories with BJ's is a wonderful idea this summer.

There are so many great outdoor entertainment pieces to make that special day at the beach, picnic at poolside so awesome since you can take all that you want. What I like very most about this outdoor item is that after using it and cleaning after a day's outing it can be folded and put away without taking much space, isn't that fantastic. You can put it away and pull it out when you need it to go to the seaside or poolside. Just Super, thanks BJ's for all these great outdoor entertainment items that keep creating memories.


Hay tantas grandes pedazos de entretenimiento al aire libre y haciendo este día tan especial en la playa, haciendo un picnic al lado de la piscina impresionante ya que se puede tomar todo lo que quieras. Lo que me gusta mucho más de este tema es que al aire libre después de usarla y la limpirla después de una excursión de un día se puede plegar y guardar sin tener mucho espacio, es fantástico. Que se puede guardar y tire de ella hacia fuera cuando usted lo necesita para ir a la playa o a la piscina. Simplemente genial, gracias BJ's de todos los grandes temas entretenimiento al aire libre que seguir creando recuerdos.

Summer is almost here and we are getting ready for our summer rides to our destination. We received some of these awesome books. Most nurturer, caregiver, trusted friend, companion and teacher will tell you that reading is very important. Even though there are many technological appliances to read, I still prefer to read a paper book. I am glad that I received the paper books to share with my children.

We received When I grow up, I want to be..A Teacher. Recently we celebrated Teacher's Week. I admired several teachers that makes life or learning seems to be so easy. I believe that teachers who love teaching is so admirable and really makes a difference in the children's life. Not everyone is a teacher. This book really is wonderful as a learning experience as it explains different aspect of a teacher and it is very interesting.

Carlee always wanted to be a teacher when she grew up, until her mother is hired as a teacher at her school! Some of her friends are even in her mother's class. Carlee is worried. What will her friends say? Will her mother do something to embarrass her? Carlee vows never to become a teacher like her mother, but as she journeys through the first day of school with her own new teacher, Carlee makes some surprising discoveries.

Here the children enjoy their books for a quiet night. They read about the book and then the following night they tell us about the book and what they think about being a teacher. They also exchange books to see what they can or cannot do being a Teacher or an Army personnel.

When Jake's teacher assigns a "career" project, Jake decides he wants to be a soldier in the United States Army. Jake and his father visit an Army surplus store to find items he can use to present his project. As they search the store, each item makes the history and proud spirit of the U.S. Army come to life for Jake and readers alike. Through Jake's discoveries, readers are introduced to the history of the U.S. Army, what soldiers' duties include, and the equipment they use.

I like the fact that the books are educational as well as entertaining and give ideas about that career that inspires young ones to set a goal. It is motivating and the fact that the child can relates to the circumstances is well done.

I hope you all are having a lovely day celebrating with your love ones eating all those lovely Mexican food. Did you have the piñata? I love having the piñata with some awesome surprises for everyone. Today, we had quite a delicious a taste of my Mexican tacos via Jennie-O recipes and you can too.

Espero que todos ustedes tuvieron un precioso día de la fiesta con su amor comiendo todos esos sabrosos comidas Mexicana. ¿Tuvieron la piñata? Me encanta tener la piñata de increíbles sorpresas para todos. Tuvimos un delicia de mis tacos Mexicanos mediante Jennie-O recetas y usted también puede hacerlo. 

We love having tacos in any form or shape. It is always good to try different recipes and modify them to your taste. What I enjoyed most about Jennie-O is that I received these great products from Jennie-O containing a 20 ounce pack of their taco seasoned ground turkey, one pack of Wholly Guacamole and one can of Herdez salsa casera which really spiced up the Turkey tacos for the Cinco de Mayo dinner.  You will notice on the Jennio-O website there are quite a number of recipes to make which is really awesome for a family event or just an nice evening with the family. It is always a happy moments to remember those good old days with the family in Mexico. We certainly had fun thinking of our next trip to see how much the family has grown, more kids to play with, lol.

Nos encanta los tacos en cualquier forma: de carne, res, pollo o mariscos. Siempre está bien intentar recetas diferentes y modificarlos a su gusto. Lo que más disfruté de Jennie-O es que recibí estos  productos de Jennie-O que contiene un paquete de 20 onzas de pavo sazonado, un paquete de Wholly Guacamole y una lata de salsa de Herdez casera, condimentó de los tacos de pavo para la comida del Cinco de Mayo. Notará en el sitio web de Jennio-O que hay muchas recetas para hacer que es realmente imponente para un acontecimiento de la familia o sólo una tarde agradable con la familia. Siempre son unos momentos felices para recordar aquellos viejos días buenos con la familia en México. Seguramente nos divertimos pensando en nuestro siguiente viaje para ver cuánto la familia ha cultivado, más niños para jugar con, lol.

Here is my recipe that I modified and we all enjoyed and made plans for the next visit to see the big family.


Aquí está mi receta que he modificado y que todos disfrutaron e hicieron planes para la próxima visita a ver la gran familia.

Toasted Turkey Taco

Ingredients:

1 pack 20 oz lean Jennie-O lean Taco seasoned ground turkey
1/2 cup refried beans with onions
2 medium tomatoes diced
1/4 cup  minced cilantro
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pack guacamole

4 toasted tortillas

Mango salsa
1 mango diced with tomatoes and minced cilantro

Method
C ook turkey as specified on the package. always cook to well-done, 165 degrees as measured by a meat thermometer. Toast flour tortillas, add refried beans. Add turkey mixture to tortilla, tomatoes cheese, mango sauce and guacamole.

We certainly had a great dinner and loads of fun and laughter. Everyone was quite happy with the crunchy toasted flour tortillas. They like the corn tortilla when we are on holidays but when we are home, they love the flour tortillas.

Tacos de pavo tostado

Ingredientes:

1 paquete 20 oz magra Jennie-O magro Taco sazonado pavo molido
1/2 taza frijoles refritos con cebolla 
2 tomates medianos picados
1/4 taza picada cilantro
1/2 taza de queso cheddar rallado
1 paquete de guacamole
4 tortillas tostadas

Salsa de mango
1 mango picado con tomate y cilantro picado


Método

Cocine el pavo como especificado en el paquete. siempre cocine al bien hecho, 165 grados como medido por un termómetro de carne. Tortillas de harina tostada, añaden los frijoles refritos. Añada la mezcla del pavo a la tortilla, el queso,  tomates, la salsa del mango y guacamole! Orale! Orale!

  Tuvimos una comida familiar con la diversión y risa. Cada uno estaba completamente contento con las tortillas de harina tostadas crujientes. Les gusta la tortilla mexicana del maíz cuando estamos de  vacaciones, pero cuando estamos en casa, aman las tortillas de harina.

Gorton Review and Giveaway #RealSolution Delicious Meal

 Hi all,

Mommies are so busy with the daily routine for the family, when evening comes along there is nothing better for mommy but to get a healthy family meal on the table. What would make that sounds so easy? Well, we were surprised with the we received a package in the mail today. It was Gorton Seafood Coupons and guess what?  It is an easy, affordable pre-made meal! What else can mommies ask for? Although, I have not tried these packaged food, it would be a great help to combine them with vegetables, rice or potatoes to complete the family meal when necessary or when mommy needs a relaxing evening.

Well, we went over to the Supermarket and there were some new  Gorton’s Artisan Fillets products so we had some decisions to make, these were the choices: Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb, Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn, Southwest Tortilla and Southern Style varieties.

They all looked so good. We decided to try the  which looks more tasty. We were thinking salad so we knew this was be good pairing so we gave it a go. What we liked was the fact that it was quite easy to do and takes only 20 minutes to have a delicious meal. While that was being cooked, I washed and cut up my vegetables and we decided on using balsamic vingrette so that made it easier to complete the meal.

We sure enjoyed the lovely meal. The fish's texture was nice and crunchy and the herbs enhanced the taste of the fish but was not overwhelming. It sure was a great way to end the day and mommy had more time to spend with the children. Would you not care to finish your day with such a delicious meal and be able to relax?

A new year has begun and many has made resolutions for the year. There has been many comments on what is the number #1 resolution and that is to get fit in South Florida @PlanetFitnessMIA. This means that most of us has the intentions of going to exercise, join a gym to get in shape after all the parties and food we have eaten. We would like to be in shape to go out and be with that special love one for Valentine's day in that sexy Red dress.

Un año nuevo ha comenzado y muchos han hecho resoluciones para el año. Hubo muchos comentarios de lo que es la resolución número 1 es ponerse en formado en Florida del Sur en PlanetFitnessMIA. Esto significa que la mayor parte de nosotros tienen las intenciones hacer ejerciso, aregistrarse en un gimnasio para estar en forma después de todas las fiestas y comida que hemos comido. Last week, some bloggers attended a fabulous event at the Planet Fitness Gym. Well, that was a really great adventure as it has been ages since I have been in a gym. I have been considering this but was waiting for that special time to happen and this was the opportune moment. This is said as I want to go to a gym where there are no bodybuilder showing off or modeling queen strutting around showing all their muscles. I like being in an environment that is judgement free and can enjoy my exercise with no loud music or shouting across the gym. La semana pasada, algunos bloggers assistieron un evento fabuloso en el Planet Fitness Gym. Bueno, eso fue una gran aventura porque han pasado años que he entrado en un gimnasio. He estado pensando en esto, pero estaba esperando el momento oportuno. Esto es decir quiero ir a un gimnasio donde no hay ningún culturista presumiendo o reina mostrando todos los músculos. Me gusta estar en un ambiente que es un juicio libre y puede disfrutar de mi ejercicio sin música a alto volumen ni gritos en el gimnasio. Bueno, encontre ese lugar en particular por el que podrá disfrutar de su entrenamiento cómodo y no intimidante, donde podrá relajarse y hacer ejercicio y sin sentir que estoy siendo juzgado por otros.
