Disney on Ice ~ Dare to Dream #JOY #Springbreak #Dreams

Hello everyone
How was your spring break? It went by just a bit too quickly especially the no traffic to worry about for the day.

¿Cómo fue el spring break? Pasó demasiado rápido ahora estamos de vuelta de preocuparse por el tráfico del día.

We had a nice quiet break and lots of fun. We were off to see one of our favorite shows "Disney on Ice". This year "Dare to Dream" made my girls evening this spring. We had a lovely evening!
It was lovely to see the all the princess on ice this spring.

Tuvimos un descanso tranquilo y con mucha diversión. Fuimos a ver a uno de nuestros espectáculos favoritos "Disney on Ice". Este año "Atrévete a Soñar" hicieron feliz a mis niñas esta noche de primavera. Tuvimos una velada encantadora!  Era una maravilla para ver a toda la princesa en el hielo esta primavera.

As usual the dreamy start is always an "AH, oh" moment which begins the dreams as we enter into the fantasy world of the princess and dreams. It was great to hear the children us around singing and naming the characters as they appear on the ice: Tiana (from “The Princess and the Frog”), Cinderella, and Rapunzel (from “Tangled”). 

Como de costumbre el inicio es como un ensueño es siempre un ' AH, oh' momento que comienza los sueños cuando entramos en el mundo de la fantasía de la princesa y sueños. Fue un placer escuchar a los niños alrededor de nosotros cantando y diciendo los nombres de los personajes que aparecen en el hielo: Tiana (de "la princesa y la rana"), Cenicienta y Rapunzel (de "Tangled").

Here we show the evening without telling all the tales.

Aquí mostramos la noche sin contar todos los cuentos.

Disney on Ice never fails to make the adults as well as children so happy after seeing the wonderful characters on ice and Dare to Dream was successful as we see everyone smiling as they leave the Arena. 

Disney on Ice nunca falla para adultos, así como los niños tan felices después de ver los personajes maravillosos en hielo y Atrevense a Soñar tuvo éxito como vemos todos sonriendo mientras salen de la Arena. Maravilloso!

Have a Blessed Good Friday! #Beliefs #Faith #Traditions

Good Friday is a day of memories, of FAITH and LOVE. It is a day of remembrance that No greater Love is there than for someone to die for us! I can remember a day of fasting, no eating of meat and peace. As children, we look forward to the resurrection of our Lord at 3 p.m. It seems at that appointed hour the sun would get very hot and a dark cloud passing over making it dark. It seems like a reminder  of what happened many years ago. This brings memories of my grandmother (RIP) in Yucatan as we would often accompany her from the hillside of the Three Cross and follow the Cross to church. It was always a most serene and sacred moments that are priceless.

El Viernes Santo es un día de memorias, de FE y AMOR. ¡Es un día de conmemoración que no hay amor más grande que haya alguien que muere por nosotros! Puedo recordar un día de ayuno, ninguna comida de la carne y se siente paz en ese día. Como niños, esperamos la resurrección de nuestro Señor,  a las 3 p.m. se parece en esa hora designada calentarse mucho el sol y una nube oscura pasando por encima, oscuriciendose por unos momentos. Parece como un recordatorio de lo que sucedió hace muchos años. Esto trae recuerdos de mi abuela en Yucatán (que en pas descansa), como a menudo le acompañabamos desde la colina de la Cruz tres y a seguir la Cruz a la iglesia. Siempre fue unos momentos más sereno y sagrado que no tienen precio.

Today as a practicing Catholic, I continue a tradition which my family has always kept. It has not always been easy to follow traditions in the Unites States but that is a trial process that I believe is bridge to cross with better to come. With the world in turmoil, Good Friday is always a day of reflection and a day of seeing my life in a different perspective. A day of prayer for friends',families' and acquaintances' needs, and for all religious denomination. A day of thanks and forgiveness. A Day for Catholic to remember the Passion of the Cross, the greatest Love of ALL!

Hoy en día como un católico practicante, he seguido una tradición que mi familia siempre ha tratado de mantener. No siempre ha sido fácil de seguir las tradiciones en los Estados Unidos pero creo que es un proceso de ensayo y es un puente para cruzar con mejor venir. Para mi el Viernes Santo es siempre un día de reflexión y un día de ver mi vida en una perspectiva diferente. Un día de oración por las necesidades de amigos, familiares y conocidos. Un día de dar gracias y recordar que pedir perdón es precioso. Un día para que los católicos recuerden la Pasión de la Cruz, el  Amor más grande de TODOS, y asi ayuden a sus hermanos en nombre de Dios!

¡Tenemos La Pasión de la Cruz - El  AMOR más grande de todos!

My Heart Aches and am Overwhelm by today's event.#Compassion

I am overcome with feelings that cannot be explained, is it grief?  After 9 a.m., I have then wondered where is love when things like this happens? What causes someone to react like this? What is so terrible that taking so many little angels make it any better?

As a parent, it makes me question my every action?

Good Lord, please welcome these little angels into your kingdom. Also, lay your arm of comfort over the families whose lives have been touched with sadness. Keep the hearts of others who comes in contact with them warm and compassionate and always show love humbly!

Let's look forward and make each day count, show love to our children and let them know how precious they are. We have a second chance, let's make it worth every breathe we take and teach our children the joys of LOVE, SHARING and COMPASSION!

Remember God is first, with him as our anchor, we have nothing to fear!

Onward Christians, forward we march, Love as our emblem!

Let us  keep the candle burning which represents the LIFE which was taken from the little ones so abruptly who have gone before us and LOVE for their families who are left behind.
