Stew Chicken & Vegetables: Congratulations to all Graduates!!

Hello One and all,

Congrats to all Graduates!


  School break is here and all the kids are breaking free. Graduation parties and awards are on. There will be need for lots of food as there will be loads of nerve racking energy spreading around and the need to refill the little one with food.  Here I share with you one of my many favorites for summer. Yes, lots of starch to burn up with the long hours outside.

Vacaciones escolares está aquí y todos los niños son libres para el verano. Premios y fiestas de graduación están sucediendo por todo el país. Habrá necesidad de mucha comida como será las cargas de energía del tormento del nervio que se propaga y necesita rellenar el pequeñito con comida. Aquí comparto con ustedes uno de mi comida favorita de muchos para el verano. Sí, muchas de almidón a quemar con las largas horas fuera.




 Here is my Stew Chicken and White rice, so yummy!

 Stew Chicken 
Ingredients

1 pack chicken wings and thighs

2 large potatoes cut into cubes
2 large carrots thinly sliced diagonally
1 onions
1 pack recado/paprika
1/2 red pepper minced
1/2 green pepper minced
1/2 cup white wine
thyme to taste

 Method
Wash chicken and season with lemon and salt and black pepper for at least one hour. Brown in a pan with olive oil. Next, saute the onions, the green and red pepper in another pot. Add carrots, potatoes and chicken with the wine as well as a cup of water to cover the ingredients to cook. Leave for at least 45 minutes to cook thoroughly. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes or linguine.




Pollo guisado con Patatas y Sanahoria
Ingredientes

1 paquete de muslos y alitas de pollo
2 papas grandes en cubitos
2  zanahorias grandes en rebanadas 
1 cebolla trocitos
1 paquete recado/pimentón
1/2 pimiento rojo picado
1/2 pimiento verde picado
1/2 taza de vino blanco
Laurel al gusto


Método

Lave el pollo y temporada con limón y sal y pimienta negra durante al menos una hora. Marrón en una cazuela con aceite de oliva. Siguiente, salteado las cebollas, la pimienta verde y roja en otro pote. Añada zanahorias, patatas y pollo con el vino así como una taza del agua para cubrir los ingredientes para cocinar. Váyase durante al menos 45 minutos para cocinar a fondo.

 Well, it was a rather busy day and seem will be a very busy month of activities so I hope you all have fun and be safe throughout the vacation.

Bien, era un día bastante ocupado y parece que será un mes muy ocupado de actividades por lo tanto espero que todos ustedes se diviertan y estar feliz y contento a lo largo de las vacaciones.
