Adventures of Tweens' Life: Middle School here we go to Clubs and Electives/ Las aventuras de la vida pre-adolescentes y centro escolares

Hello everyone,

There sure is much excitement for the moment. Life sure does not wait for anyone.
Well, I must say there is a lot going on and my family and I are excited. Well, I am sure many moms are on the same adventure looking for a great middle school for their tween or teen to go to and preparing them for the next school year. We had some decisions to make before making a choice. We had papers to fill in and papers to get to complete the requirements to attend a middle school. It is never easy when there is a transition period for the children.

There was one hindrance that I found to be consistent and that was the computer was down or needs attention or cannot print. It was amazing the same problem everywhere. Finally, we had all the papers together and got to the school office. We got to speak with the counselor and in her office said the system is down, she cannot see the information but will keep the forms for her records. WOW! Just thought it was funny!

¡WOW! Simplemente pensé que era divertido!

Well, the day finally arrived to view the campus and view all the activities and clubs that are available. It certainly was  very interesting and informational. You can see the director was a very happy person and involved with her work. I enjoyed the fact that the students were all so very happy to share information with you. They certainly was not shy and were very excited as well. That is very encouraging and inviting to see how involved they were with their participation and community. It certainly portray that the low management are greatly influenced by the middle management and it is equally shared by all!

I certainly compared with the middle school I went to when I was younger but then again I am privilege for my children to attend and be participating in these activities. It sure promises to be productive, inspirational and rewarding years ahead. There will certainly be many decisions to make. I must give "Thanks" to all the exceptional teachers from the elementary school for the foundation it laid for my children. I am certainly happy for their participation in my children's life and their kind words and words of wisdom. We have passed through their doors in preparation for the doors of opportunity that are beckoning in middle school!

  2. It sounds like there are a lot of things your kids could join! I never went to middle school. Here we go straight from elementary to highschool but I think I would've preferred the middle school transition.

  16. I have a 6 year old and I know what its like trying to choose a school for your child. I had to choose between a waiting list or home school and I ended up with home school because I didn't want my son to miss anything!
