Fry fish in tomato sauce with rice #Yummy #Healthy

Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend and keeping warm. It is a beautiful day here in Miami, so far not so hot but windy. Enjoy the family and make the day as beautiful as you feel. NOt feeling well, give thanks for being here and able to smile. Have a magnificent day, May the circumstances bring some positive vibes!!!

Espere que todos ustedes tengan un maravilloso fin de semana y caliente. Es un día hermoso aquí en Miami, hasta ahora no tan caliente pero ventosa. Disfrute de la familia y haga el día tan hermoso como se siente. NO me siento bien, dé gracias por estar aquí y capaz de sonreír. ¡Tenga un día magnífico, espero que las circunstancias traen a algún vibras positivo!!!

Fry fish in tomato sauce with rice

2 large pieces of snapper or king fish
1/2 cup flower
salt and pepper to season
Lemon juice

Method
I season fish with lemon salt and pepper. I dip in seasoned flour. Heat sauce pan and add some oil and place fish in it to fry as desired  or  bake snapper fillets by placing them in the baking dish. Put the baking dish in the oven and cook the fish about 8 to 10 minutes.Set aside. 




Pescado Frito en Salsa de Tomate con Arroz

2 pedazos grandes de pargo 
 1/2 taza flor
Sal y pimienta para temporada
Jugo de limón

Método

Yo sazona el pescado con limón sal y pimienta. Sumergen en la harina sazonada. Calienta el sarten y añadir un poco de aceite y coloque el pescado en ella a freir como deseado o filetes de pargo horneado colocándolos en el plato para hornear. Ponga el recipiente en el horno y cocina el pescado alrededor de 8 a 10 minutos. Ponga a un lado.



Sauce


1 small red bell pepper, ( cubed)


1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced

1 can tomato sauce
1 tomato, cubes
1/4 cup wine
1/4 water
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)

 Method

Heat oil, add and saute onion, garlic til  clear the add tomato sauce and tomato cubes. Add wine and water, leave to simmer for some minutes then add fish and server over hot rice. Scrumptious! enjoy


Salsa

1 pimiento rojo pequeño, (en cubos)
1 diente de ajo, rebanado
1/2 cebolla pequeña, rebanada
1 lata de salsa de tomate
1 tomate, cubos
1/4 taza de vino
1/4 agua
1 cucharada picada cilantro (opcional)

Método

Calentar el aceite, agregar y saltear cebolla, ajo til clara agregar salsa de tomate y cubitos de tomate. Agregue vino y agua, deje que hierva a fuego lento durante unos minutos y luego añadir el pescado y servidor sobre arroz caliente. Para chuparse los dedos! disfrutar de

    1. Yes it is deliciouse. I tis one of my favorite but do not like to fry fish, I prefer to bake it. It is a treat when I fry it;)
