Shrimp with broccoli and mushroom #Delicioso #Saludable #Amore

How are you all keeping? Hope you are keeping warm with your love ones and be safe. Hello Miami, are you ready for the next chill wave flowing by soon? Well, it is nice to really feel some of the chill that is flowing around the country, it is good to share. Please keep warm and eat well as possibly can.



¿Cómo estan todos? Espero que se estan calientandose con sus seres queridos y estar seguros en casita. Hola Miami, ¿estás preparado para el siguiente onda frio que fluye de pronto? Pues bien, es bueno para sentirse realmente algunos de los frios que fluyen por todo el país, es bueno para compartir. Por favor mantengase caliente y comer bien como sea posible. 

Today, we took advantage of the weather and had a nice meal instead of soup. I enjoy a bowl of warm soup on chilly days but today was nice to just eat about anything. Am sure it was great at the beach today.

Hoy en día, nosotros nos aprovechamos de las condiciones meteorológicas y tenía una agradable comida en lugar de sopa. Me encanta disfrutar de un plato de sopa caliente en días de frío pero hoy fue muy agradable para comer otra cosa. Estoy seguro de que era estupenda en la playa hoy.



Today, we decided on having seafood. It is great to try all the different flavors. Here we are sharing a superfood with other favorites.

Hoy en día, decidimos tener mariscos. Es genial probar todos los diferentes sabores. Aquí estamos compartiendo un súper alimento con otros favoritos.



Shrimp with Broccoli and Mushrooms

1 lb broccoli (cut florets not too small)
1 lb mushroom (sliced)
11/2 lb shrimps (devined if preferred)
4 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
1 small onion (minced)


Method

In a large saucepan, heat over medium heat, add olive oil and saute onions, garlic and ginger. Add lemon juice to shrimp and stir fry until shrimps are pink. Take out and put aside. Add broccoli and saute for 5 minutes. Remove from saucepan. Add mushrooms and stir fry til desired. Remove from saucepan.
Next, make a sauce with the vegetable broth, soy sauce, use water and add corn starch to dissolve. Mix all together in saucepan, stir until thickens. Add broccoli, mushrooms and shrimps to sauce, stir together. Remove from heat and serve over rice or thin spaghetti. Super delicious!




Camarones con brocoli y champiñones

1 libra de brócoli (corte florones no demasiado pequeño)
1 lb de hongos (en rodajas) 11/2 libra de camarones (devined si se prefiere) 4 cucharada de salsa de soja jugo de limón 2 cucharadas 1/2 taza de caldo de vegetales 3 cucharadas de maicena taza de agua 1 cucharada de aceite de sésamo Sal y pimienta 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva 1 cucharada de ajo fresco (picado) 1 cucharada de jengibre fresco (picado) 1 cebolla pequeña (picado)

Método

En una sartén grande, caliéntalo a fuego medio, agregue aceite de oliva y sofría la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre. Agregue el jugo de limón al camarones y salteado hasta camarones es de color rosa. Saca y deja a un lado. Agregue el brócoli y saltea durante 5 minutos. Retire la cacerola. Agregue los champiñones y revuelva a freír hasta deseado. Retire la cacerola.

A continuación, hace una salsa con el caldo de verduras, salsa de soja, utiliza agua y añadir el almidón de maíz para disolver. Mezcla todo junto en una olla, revuelva hasta que espese. Añada brócoli, setas y gambas a la salsa, mezcle. Retirar del fuego y sirva sobre arroz o fideos finos. Super delicioso!

  14. This looks sooo good! I would have to make it when hubby is out of town because hes not a fan of broccoli or mushrooms and those are my favorite foods plus shrimp lol
