Hello Everyone, the Taste of Pinecrest is going to be BIGGER and BRIGHTER on the 11th year of Celebration.

Hola a todos, el Taste de Pinecrest va a ser MÁS GRANDE y MÁS BRILLANTE en el 11o año de celebración. 

Taste of Pinecrest will be held at the Newly renovated YMCA center. This is a yearly event held whereby the proceeds are given to the community, to the Pinecrest schools in the community.

Taste de Pinecrest se celebrarán en el recién renovado centro YMCA. Este es un evento anual celebrado en que el producto se dan a la comunidad, a las escuelas de la comunidad en Pinecrest. 

There will be a carnival with a musical festival, lots and lots of healthy, nutritious food with top notched chef as well as fun filled activities for children of all ages.

Habrá una carnaval con un festival musical, montones y montones de alimentos sanos y nutritivos con chef superior así como actividades llenas de diversión para los niños de todas las edades.

This year however, the Pinecrest Business Association joins with the YMCA in celebrating this Grand event. This new building is built precisely for the community based on its needs. It has:

• brand new double gymnasium
• Extensive wellness center
• Two group exercise studios
• Kids adventure zone with a play yard
• A huge community room

Este año sin embargo, la Asociación Comercial Pinecrest se une con el YMCA en la celebración de este Magnífico acontecimiento. Este nuevo edificio se construye exactamente para la comunidad basada en sus necesidades. Tiene: 

• doble gimnasio flamante
• Centro de la salud extenso
• Dos estudios de ejercicio en grupo
• Zona de aventura de niños con una yarda de juego
• Un cuarto(espacio) de la comunidad enorme

The YMCA of Greater Miami was started in 1916 in downtown Miami. At that time, there were just a few pioneers with the dream of offering programs that would build a strong community. Today, the Y attracts a large variety of people of different faiths, races, abilities, ages and income.

La YMCA de Miami fue iniciada en 1916 en el centro de la ciudad de Miami. En ese momento, eran sólo unos pocos pioneros con el sueño de ofrecer programas que sirva para construir una comunidad fuerte. Hoy, la Y atrae a una gran variedad de personas de diferentes credos, razas, las aptitudes, las edades y de los ingresos.

The Y of today looks much different than it did 30 or 40 years ago, yet the core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility that the Y teaches have remained constant throughout its long history. They look after their members throughout the economic crisis as they have offers for their members throughout these circumstances, sometimes the members were considered for some months until payment is possible.

El Y de hoy miradas(belleza) mucho diferentes que ello hizo hace 30 o 40 años, aún los valores principales de preocupación, honestidad, respeto y responsabilidad ya que los enseñas del Y  han permanecido constantes en todas partes de su historia larga. Cuidan de sus miembros en todas partes de la crisis económica ya que tienian ofertas paravsus miembros en todas partes de estas circunstancias, a veces los miembros se consideraron durante algunos meses hasta que el pago sea posible.

 Today, the YMCA of Greater Miami provides programs – child care, sports, before and after-school care, aquatics, day camps, teen programs, adult fitness and senior programs.

Hoy, el YMCA de Mayor Miami proporciona programas – cuidado de los niños, deportes, antes y cuidado después de la escuela, deportes acuáticos, campamentos de día, programas para jovenes, bienestar corporal(mantenimiento físico) adulto y programas mayores.

The Pinecrest YMCA gives back to the community in considering their neighbors before and during the construction of their new building. There were forums and meetings advising the community about the construction and asking for ways to help and suggestions with the  noise in the neighborhood. The Y built fencing around the site for safety and prevent too much noise affecting the neighborhood. The YMCA shows thoughtfulness and consideration and in return the community responds by being supportive and responsive to their events.

El Pinecrest YMCA devuelve a la comunidad en la consideración de sus vecinos antes y durante la construcción de su nuevo edificio. Había foros y reuniones aconsejando la comunidad sobre la construcción y pidiendo modos de ayudar y suposiciones con el ruido en la vecindad. El Y construyó el cercado alrededor del sitio para la seguridad e impida demasiado ruido afectar la vecindad. El YMCA muestra la seriedad y la consideración y a cambio la comunidad responde siendo soportante y sensible a sus acontecimientos.

The 11^th  Annual Taste of Pinecrest will be held at the new South Dade YMCA Family Center, located at 9355 Southwest 134 Street, Miami, FL 33176 on Sunday, April 7 at 11 a.m.  For the past 10 years the Pinecrest Business Association (PBA), the Taste of Pinecrest has donated to Pinecrest’s local schools approximately $30, 000.00 annually. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever, as it is the first ever partnership between the PBA and the YMCA of Greater Miami filled with fabulous activities at the carnival.

El 11er  Anual  de Taste de Pinecrest se llevará a cabo en el nuevo Centro de la Familia del  YMCA en el Sur de Dade, localizado en 9355 134 calle Sudoeste, Miami, Florida 33176 el domingo, 7 de abril a las 11:00. Durante los 10 años Pinecrest Business Association (PBA), el Taste de Pinecrest ha donado a las escuelas locales de Pinecrest aproximadamente $30, 000.00 anualmente. El acontecimiento de este año promete ser más grande y mucho mejor que otras veces, ya que es la sociedad primera en la vida entre el PBA y el YMCA de Mayor Miami llena de actividades fabulosas en el carnaval .

As the first community event hosted at the new South Dade YMCA Family Center, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the new Family Center and spend the day with celebrity chefs, who will be hosting cooking demonstrations, presenting healthy, nutritious cooking tips and food preparation techniques.  Also presenting South Florida’s finest food trucks samplings at the TASTE of Pinecrest carnival.

Como el primer evento de la comunidad organizada en el nuevo South Dade YMCA Centro Familiar, usted tendrá la oportunidad de disfrutar del  nuevo Centro Familiar y a pasar el día con chefs famosos, que organizará demostraciones de cocina, presentando sana y nutritiva consejos de cocina y las técnicas de preparación de los alimentos. Sur de la Florida de los mejores camiones de alimentos estará ofreciendo el muestreo en el sabor de El Pinecrest carnaval.

There will be sculptures and artist completing their work with the children. The sculptures are made of recycle bicycle parts which will fascinate the children. These will be completed and on display at the YMCA. Come and join in this carnival!

Habrá esculturas y artista completando su trabajo con los niños. Las esculturas están hechas de piezas de la bicicleta de reciclaje que fascinarán a los niños. Éstos se completará y en exhibición en la YMCA. ¡ Ven y Únete en este carnaval!
