I can remember as if it was yesterday, when I was ill with a cough or a cold, my mommy would make a pot of chicken soup with vegetables. It would be nice to swallow and could feel the warmness going through the digestive system. As it oozes through the body, it regenerates life within and energy seems to build and the virus was chased away to the never-ending land. Mommy's  love and attention would always help with the recovery quickly.

In my humble home, my loves appreciate sipping warm soup which is made with love by mommy dearest. My hubby would enjoy for a nice warm tea with lemon and hopes to eat a nice warm vegetable soup later. One  He likes to be tucked in and feel mommy's love and kindness. On the other hand, my little one would asked mommy to pray with her and later ask for calidito with any type of pasta which allows her to swallow easily. That would revive her quickly and do energize her body. She would also love to be pampered, tucked in and cuddled to sleep. One thing she believe always helps her is her prayers.
