Come one and all and join in the fun as  Dorothy, Toto and friends from LEGENDS OF OZ: DOROTHY’S RETURN to bring a family-friendly tour and book drive to Jungle Island on May 24!

Venga todos y participe en la diversión como Dorothy, Toto y amigos de LEYENDAS DE OZ.: ¡La VUELTA DEL DOROTHY para traer un viaje amistoso con la familia y libros a Jungle Island el 24 de mayo! 

There will  loads of fun for the family as there will be FREE arts & crafts, games, character meet with Dorothy, Toto, and their new friend, Wiser the Owl, from the brand new 3D animated feature, Legends of Oz: DOROTHY’S RETURN! The Jungle island will be hosting an Oz-someness event that will take place from 10am until 3pm this Saturday, May 24 as Miami is a part of the twelve-city tour.

Habrá mucha diversión para la familia como habrá artes libres, juegos, el encuentra del carácter con Dorothy, Toto y su nuevo amigo, Más sabio el Búho, de la película de dibujos animados 3D flamante, Leyendas de la Oz.: ¡La VUELTA DEL DOROTHY! Jungle Island recibirá un acontecimiento de la Oz.-someness que ocurrirá de las 10:00 a las 15:00 este sábado, 24 de mayo como Miami es parte de la gira por doce ciudades.

 Tin Man’s Friendship Club by making friendship pins, test their brains in the Scarecrow’s Workshop with arts and crafts, and show their courage by performing on the Lion’s  “Mane”  stage. They will also  hang  out in  cozy  “Candy  County” and  hear  the  story  that inspired  the  film, Dorothy of Oz. Kids will virtually follow the yellow brick road in the “Legends of Oz World” iPad gaming stations, and Dorothy and her friends will be there for pictures, prizes and fun!

Reading is always fun and takes you on an adventure. To encourage and let others experience this adventure, guests  are  encouraged  to  bring  a  new  book  to  be  donated  to  the  Miami-Dade  Public Library System.

As summer approaches, the fun at the library begins and the Miami-Dade Public Library System invites all to sign up for its Summer Reading Program, June 7 through July 17,  where  they'll  be  able  to win  great prizes!
