#Summer ~~>Potato Cucumber Salad ~~> Ensalada de papa y pepino #Rico #Delish #Scrumptious

Hola buenos días, como estan?




Today, I share with you a nice cool summery salad. It is nutritious and cooling on a hot summery day! You can modify to your taste.

Hoy comparto la ensalad de papa con eneldo . Es muy facil y fresco especialmente para el verano. Es algo nuevo pero nos gusta porque lo podemos comer a cualquier hora.



Ingredientes

Potato/Cucumber Salad with Dill
3/4 pounds cucumber diced
1 pound potato
1/2 cup of mayonaise
salt
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 boil eggs
1 tsp dill




Method

Wash and boil potatoes. Take out of water and cool then peel. Cut into small cubes. Cut up eggs after boiling. Cut the cucumber into cubes as well. Put them in a container. Mix the mayonaise and lemon juice. Pour over the potato and cucumber and egg mixture. Throw the dill over the mixture and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put dill to taste. I hope you like it, Enjoy!




Ingredientes

Ensalada de papa con eneldo

3/4 libra de pepino
1 libra de papas
1/2 taza de mayonesa
sal
1/4 taza de jugo de limon
2 huevos herbidos
1 cuchara de eneldo



Metodo

Lava y hierba las papas. Sacalo del agua para enfriar y lluego se quita la cascara. Se corta en cuadritos. Se corta el huevo y el pepino tambien. Se mescla la mayonesa con limon  y echa encima de las papas, pepino y el eneldo, se mescla. Pone el huevo y el sal y se mescla otra vez. Si desea más eneldo se puede a su gusto. Espero que les gusta. Buen provecho!

  3. Potatoes and cucumbers are a combination I would not have not thought of, but I think I would like it! I've bookmarked your recipe to try instead of a traditional potato salad.

  7. Looks delicious! I love cucumber but haven't incorporated it into a lot of dishes; I usually eat it raw as a snack. I like this idea though.
