My Homemade Wrap- Mi WRAP casera

Hello, Hello, it has been awhile since I have been in the kitchen. Life has been changing constantly for me these past weeks and will certainly continue to change. It is spinning really but I have my feet on the ground and has been able to enjoy the ride and understand how one decision leads to another and we do have consequences. It certainly is not easy but then the end results should be Brilliant!

Back to the kitchen to share some nice food.

Hola, Hola, hace mucho tiempo que no he estado en la cocina. La vida cambio constantemente estos semanas que han pasado y seguira cambiando. Tuve que pensar mucho en la curcumstancia que nos presenta la vida pero estoy gozando del cambio y entiendo que cada decision lleva consecuencias. No es facil pero esperamos que los resultados sean brillante.

Ahora regresamos a la cocina a compartir la comida sabrosa.

Now I will do my vegetable Wrap.

Hoy hare Wrap vegetariana a mi estilo.

Ingredients:

1 pack flour tortillas

1 avocado sliced thinly

1 mango cubes or thinly sliced

1 onion diced (optional)
2 lg carrots grated
Lettuce
2 pks hummus (flavor your choice)

Method:
Put a generous amount of hummus on the tortillas. Place the lettuce, mangoes avocado, onio

and carrots. Fold bottom and then roll up and wrap up. I used a large tortilla so I cut in half and the
mixture of colors looks beautiful. Not because I made it but it was delicious, try it and let me know when you do!

Ingredientes:
1 paquete de tortillas de harina 1 aguacate cortado finito 1 mango cortado en trocitos o 1 cebolla picada (opcional)
2 zanahorias ralladas
Lechuga despedazada
2 paquetes de hummus (a su gusto)
 
Metodo:

Ponga una cucharada o más de humus en la tortilla. Lluego pongase lechuga, mangos, aguacate, cebolla, y zanahoria y lo envuelve. Yo use una tortilla grande para no trabajar 2 veces y la corte en medio, se ve los colores de verano bonito. No porque lo hice yo pero a todos les gusto!
